Eldora – service of eco-responsible catering
Eldora is an independent catering company that offers a personalized service to its 270 customers (companies, international organizations, schools, elderly homes) in order to meet their expectations.
The global approach does not exist at Eldora, because it has as many customized ways of doing its business. This definition may be surprising; however, it perfectly summarizes the state of mind that drives Eldora and is its main differentiation criterion.
The design of a restaurant service cannot be improvised; it constantly deserves an appreciation that takes into account the many and varied wishes of its customers. Eldora’s concept is: no concept!
Eldora regularly develops new innovative alternatives in the field of environmental respect. Its collaboration with ZeroWaste Switzerland is an illustration of this. It’s one of the first in the restoration of communities in Switzerland to do this.
