Bio Bulk – Épicerie vrac
Bio Bulk a été fondé en 2020 par une passionnée de la vie, épicurienne, sensible au respect de la Planète et des animaux.
Après seize années passées dans un groupe international, Françoise comprend que ses valeurs ne sont pas en adéquation avec sa vie. Elle se lance dans le vide afin de réaliser son rêve : ouvrir un commerce. Mais pas n’importe lequel, elle le souhaite chaleureux, accessible à tous (étudiants, familles à revenu modeste) où on pourra échanger, partager tout en adoptant un nouveau mode de consommation : le zéro déchet. Elle souhaite créer la meilleure expérience du vrac pour ses clients et montrer qu’adopter une consommation plus responsable rend la vie plus agréable.
Chez Bio Bulk, leur mission est de vous proposer une très large sélection de produits : pâtes, riz, apéritifs, légumes secs, fruits secs, épices, thé & café, farines, sucres, huiles, graines, … favorisant le circuit court, bio ou en biodynamie. Le tout en vrac, sans emballage en quantité de votre choix.
Mais aussi, vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour fabriquer vos propres cosmétiques et produits d’hygiène (DIY) et du matériels zéro déchets.
Des ateliers sont organisés pour vous aider dans la démarche ZD mais aussi pour améliorer votre alimentation dans son quotidien.

Geschichte
Die Stiftung wurde als rechtlich und finanziell unabhängige Institution von der Freien Gemeinschaftsbank (FGB) gegründet. Die FGB ist eine Genossenschaftsbank in Basel, die seit 1984 ein ethisch und ökologisch orientiertes Bankwesen praktiziert.
Sie sind in ein breites Wirkungsfeld von Menschen eingebunden, die sich für soziale, ökologische und gemeinnützige Zwecke in verschiedenen Bereichen einsetzen.
Vision
Sie verstehen die Stiftung als Mittlerin zwischen Menschen, die allgemeindienliche Ideen ermöglichen wollen und Menschen, welche Geld suchen. Es ist ihrer Anliegen, diesen Prozess individuell und bewusst gemeinsam zu gestalten. Als Verbrauchstiftung erhalten sie ihre Gelder durch Zustiftungen, Erbschaften und kleinere Spenden.
Als Stiftung liegt ihr unter vielem anderen besonders am Herzen, verbunden mit verschiedenen nachhaltigen Finanzinitiativen in Europa und weltweit zu sein. Sie beteiligen ihr aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Diskurses über einen ökologischen und ethischen Umgang mit Geld.

Der Stiftungszweck umfasst folgende Gebiete: Bildung, Erziehung, Wissenschaft – Gesundheit, Medizin – Umwelt, Ökologie, regenerative Energien – Soziales – Kunst, Kultur – sozial und ökologisch verantwortbares Wirtschaften.
Den Grundsätzen der Stiftungsziele verpflichtet, leben sie in der Geschäftsstelle nach ökologischen und nachhaltigen Grundsätzen. Ihr Ziel ist es möglichst abfallfrei zu sein. Dafür tragen sie Sorge durch den Einsatz von nachhaltigen Büromaterialien und der Umstellung zu einem papierlosen Büro.
Im Umgang mit ihren internationalen Projektpartnern bevorzugen sie Skype und Telefon, um bewusst ihre CO2-Emissionen gering zu halten. Sie reisen in der Regel mit dem Zug, selten sind Fernreisen nötig.

Locircus – A platform to share objects
At a time when the preservation of resources is of increasing concern, the reuse and sharing of objects seems like a perfect alternative. We could summarize it by “mutualization”. In any case, this is the bet that Laure Eskenazi, the founder, passionate about sustainable development, made when she imagined and launched Locircus in the summer of 2020. This thirty-year-old woman from Lausanne wanted to make this sharing site dedicated to objects available to limit consumption on a larger scale.

Valorize the existing rather than buying new, it is indeed the credo of this platform. The way is friendly and win-win because it is about renting on a short term its own objects to others. It can be tools, kitchen equipment or even board games; these same objects that often sleep at the bottom of a closet … It is even possible to share surfaces for a few hours as for example music studios, empty offices or even workshops. The only limit in fact is what we are willing to rent.
